Creating your personal artwork should be interesting, exciting, and above all else it should be fun! From placing your request to completion, you’ll be in the loop every step of the way. No fuss, no muss, no coconuts, just project perfection.

Submit your request
Step 1
The first step is to submit your request by filling out the request form. Kindly ensure that the request form is accurately completed. It is crucial for you to provide me with precise and detailed information that will enable me to translate your artistic vision and desires into a masterpiece. Once the artwork is completed, it will be considered final*. Therefore, it is important to communicate your wishes and significant details through the request form or during the proposal stage, as drastic changes will not be made after the artwork is completed.

*You are entitled to one free revision for minor adjustments. Additional revisions will incur extra charges, if multiple changes are requested.

By completing and submitting the request form, you acknowledge that you have read and consent to the Terms & Conditions.
Proposal & Pricing
Step 2
When you submitted your request, I will reply to you within a week to confirm whether your request has been accepted or declined. Kindly considerate that it may take a few days for me to respond as this is not my full-time job.

Also please note that I may decline your request based on factors such as creativity, complexity, or an incomplete request form. If you have any concerns about the accuracy of your form, rest assured that I will contact you to consult the details if needed.
Following upon the inquiry and consult, I will propose the price for your art project. Once both parties agree to the brief, pricing, and proposal, the creating of magic can begin!

When you requested a customized project, I will first create a basic draft. This will be your opportunity to communicate whether I have captured your vision accurately and if any significant changes are necessary.
Designing Time!
Step 3
This is where you can sit back and relax as I start working on your Artwork.
Please keep in mind it can take up to 3-4 weeks for me to finish your request, depending on the amount of requests I’ll have at that moment. Please be patient, i will cancel your request if you rush me.
I will keep you informed and updated through my website and Instagram regarding the number of commissions I am currently working on. This will provide you with an indication of when your artwork is scheduled.
Feedback & Revisions
Step 4
After completing the work, I will e-mail you a sample/preview of the art. All my packages come bundled with 1 round of revisions included in the price. This allows you to provide feedback and request necessary changes after receiving the sample and preview of your artwork. This ensures that we can make any necessary small changes to achieve perfection.
However, please note that any additional revisions, including multiple or drastic changes that could have been clarified earlier on the request form or during the proposal stage, will be subject to extra charges.
Payment
Step 5
Once you have confirmed your agreement with the final artwork, I will provide you with the PayPal payment details. At this stage, your payment will be required before the final art package is delivered to you via email.

For customized projects, the total price of the artwork will be divided into two equal parts, each representing 50% of the total cost. The first payment, which is due after the sketch is approved, covers the processing of your commission, the time dedicated to the initial consultation, creative brainstorming, and the creation of the draft. The second payment of 50% will be due upon receiving a sample or preview of the completed work. Only after the full payment has been made will you receive the final artwork.

Please be aware that if you fail to respond or complete the full payment, I reserve the right to sell your concept or artwork as a premade to someone else.

Step 6
Upon receiving and approving the payment, I'll put together the final package files, according to our agreed-upon specifications during the proposal stage. The package will be sent over to you as a zip file through email. After package delivery, you will be all set to showcase your exciting new masterpiece!
